Falcons are based in London and are headed by Tom Price and Kevin Latham.
The team are based in South West London, with home games held at Old Deer Park in London.
The team were originally known as London Falcons FC, which included a London Unity League side and a West Middlesex Sunday League team. The GFSN side have now diverged away from this set-up to be led independently by Tom and Kevin.
The vast majority of the Falcons team were members of the side that won the League Title in 2007/08.
